All monthly dues are subject to change at the discretion of Club management. All Club members are required to maintain a valid and active credit card on file with the Club’s business office. All purchases made at the Club will be charged to the member’s credit card as charges are incurred. Monthly dues will be charged to the member’s credit card on the first day of each calendar month and are subject to applicable taxes.

Club members may reserve Club amenities for private events at the discretion of Club management, subject to additional charges.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited between the hours of 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM in accordance with our liquor license. Any consumption during these hours is illegal and will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

The Club is closely monitored for compliance. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited in order to maintain the Club’s liquor license.

Lenny’s reserves the right to modify pricing, drink packages, amenities, and all Club rules and regulations at any time. The Club also reserves the right to cancel or revoke any membership at any time at its sole discretion. All updates will be posted on the Club’s website, and continued use of the facility constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Any person who enters the Club for the purpose of surveillance, media capture, reporting, or data collection — including but not limited to individuals affiliated with Joe Hand Promotions, media outlets, investigators, or representatives of outside organizations — without explicitly identifying themselves and receiving written permission from the Club’s ownership is trespassing and will be considered to have entered illegally.

No photography, video recording, or audio capture is allowed on Club property without prior written approval from the Club’s owner. Unauthorized media of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Failure to comply with any of these rules and regulations may result in immediate loss of membership without refund.
